Our Town - Suffield & West Suffield
The Town of Suffield, originally known as Southfield, is the southernmost town to the border of Massachusetts. Nestled in the Connecticut River Valley, Suffield neighbors Enfield to the east, West Suffield neighbors Granby to the west, Southwick and Agawam to the north, and East Granby and Windsor Locks to the south. We are also part of the historic and picturesque Tobacco Valley region of Central Connecticut.
With its wide-open spaces of lush fields and pastures, Suffield has a thriving agriculture community essential to local farmers markets and our economy. Bordering the Bradley Airport business corridor ensures plentiful land for development, quick access to transport, National and International visitors, and tourism.
A Warm Welcome to our pastoral New England town!
